Hand cleansers and skin cleansers for heavy soiling

A skin cleanser for technical trades removes oil, grease, soot and ink that ordinary soap will not shift. The difference lies in the combination of dissolving ingredients and a scrub agent: the more stubborn the soiling, the coarser the grain and the higher the cleaning power. That power has a downside, because a product that is too aggressive also strips the skin itself.

So choose on the degree of soiling rather than defaulting to the strongest product. Light workshop soiling calls for a mild cleanser without grit, which can be used several times a day. For heavy soiling with grease, paint or resins a strong product with scrub particles is the right choice, preferably only at the end of the shift. Perfume free versions exist for anyone who reacts to fragrances.

Watch the packaging as well. Soft boxes, soft bottles and cartridges belong in a fixed wall dispenser and keep the product closed and hygienic, which makes the difference in a workshop with many users.
